Mature, non-smoking, higher ed professional will start a new job at a university in the Hartford area at the end of March. I am seeking housing in Avon, Farmington, or West Hartford. I have a well behaved, sweet, older dog and am looking for accommodations near a wooded area, with plenty of parks and walking trails.

Rent to $1150 for solo accommodations; less if sharing. Prefer older home, with hardwood floors/tile. I will be in the apt./house M-F, and commuting back to my home in the Boston area on weekends.
